“It feels so good to be myself again!”
Read the original You want to feel like THAT woman in the bedroom—comfortable in your body, confident in your movement, and able to say what you want.
But while you’re wondering how you look or whether they’re enjoying it, your own pleasure becomes an afterthought. Your pleasure deserves attention. Your body deserves care. And your inner freak deserves room to want what she wants—and say what she doesn’t.

I’m an intimacy and movement coach, women’s health advocate, and the woman behind Know Your Norm™.
After six years of coaching women, one thing kept coming up: we could work on the moves, but women were still in their heads—judging their bodies, questioning themselves, and worrying about whether their partner was pleased.
I want you to feel like THAT woman—and actually enjoy being her.
My work brings together intimacy, movement, and honest conversations about how we care for ourselves. We explore the patterns you bring into the bedroom, practice moving with the body you have, and make room for your desires, boundaries, and health.
Your pleasure matters. The woman experiencing it matters just as much.

Coco grew up in a Caribbean household where womanhood and intimacy were not openly discussed. That experience shapes the way she teaches today: with movement, practical education, and room for women to ask what they were never given space to ask.
Her work spans community conversations, classes, and social content that helps women reconnect with their bodies and speak more openly about what they need.
